Hello ALL,
We suggested a worthy project to The American Heart Association (explained on the website) and copied several people including The First Lady. The American Heart Association said no thanks while we received a thank you and encouragement letter from THE WHITE HOUSE. Therefore we decided to start the non-profit organization.
To explain the cause to others in order to establish a Board and submit the appropriate applications, many people from ALL OVER THE WORLD are helping us design the logos, the websites and many other areas. We want to make sure that everything is legal and we do not want to have any person in the future to come back to the foundation saying that the foundation does not have the authorization to use a logo, website or other things.
What are we supposed to do to protect the foundation right from now since we can't afford a lawyer to pay for legal consultations? We are just interested in the execution of the project. If ANY PERSON, ENTITY OR ORGANIZATION would like to take this project on, we would even be much obliged and we would provide our help. It is just because of some personal reasons we took it upon ourselves to pursue this project. We even have people lined up whom are interested to start Crimson Heart / India, Serbia and Montenegro, Romania and others and they are in the process of doing the parallel websites.
Thanks for your help.
