Last month, traveling with my Israeli passport(I also am an American citizen) I went to Cuba. Having spent no money in Cuba while I was there (I went for one day only),I told the immigration officers in Canada (my departure point to Cuba) on the way back to the U.S. that I had some gifts from Cuba I received while in Canada (a hat, an ashtray & a pack of cigarettes). My three gifts were confiscated from me, I was given a file # and now I've received a requirement to furnish information about my trip from the Dept. of Treasury. I do not want to answer these questions because they are very incriminating. What should I do now?
