I was wondering in the state of pa I was only married for 1 year and 6 months. So my ex is going to apply for full alimony and I was wondering would I end up paying. The reason why we broke up because a few months after we were married she found out I cheated 10 months before we were married. And we only got married so she can put me on her insurance. So my question is do you think she can get me for alimony or not? Her argument is going to be I lied to her and she came into a bad marriage...however after she found out she still stayed for a year after she knew. So help me out? Any thoughts.
