What is the name of your state? Oklahoma My X is paying current and arrears CS on another set of kids. He is also paying me current CS for my child. All of his CS is going thru DHS garnishments. His first family is receiving all her current CS plus some towards her errears. I am recieving partial payment on my current CS which is throwing my X into arrears quickly with me. I have read that current CS is payed before any arrears is payed. Does that mean my CS also or just the first family? If so, who do I contact about getting it solved so that I get all of my CS before any arrears are payed? The courts or DHS?
