What is the name of your state? New Jersey

I am on Social Security Disability with a Mental Disability.
My brother is my representative payee and I have a bank account that he is custodian of. (John Doe for Jack Doe)
My brother withdrew $11, 000 without my knowledge or consent --
-- Do I have any legal recourse? The monies were not used for my well being.

Question 2: My father is cosigner for my apartrment. Can he legally remove
his name from my lease if it means I will be evicted, given that I am disabled?

Question 3: My family is trying to remove me from my parents will.
Is it possible for anyone in my family to remove me from my parents will, given my disability?

I had heard there are 'disability laws' - that I cannot be removed from will because I am disabled, and, that, my father cannot take his name off my apartment lease, because I am disabled....

Thank you for any info...signed, very poor and hungry...

Contact your Local SSA Office RE: Your Concerns of your representative Payee mishandling your benefits .

Only the Landlord can release a tenant from a Lease .

Your Family can try to have you removed from a will , but it would be up to a Court to decide the issue , and would you have a right to contest the removal .
