Custody amending the papers

What is the name of your state? NH is where they are drawn from and where the mom live but we live in Texas.

It took me two years and $25000 to get my daught from the grandmother and the herione addict mother. I even had 25 pages of documents from the police deptartment. Things are getting better for the mother and she has been clean for about 8 months now. The court documents state my daughter must go up there for 5 weeks per year to stay with the grandmother. The mom lives with the grandmother also. Now the mom wants to take care being the one flying with our daughter instead of the grandmother. The papers say that the mother is to be supervised with my daughter but also say that the papers can be modified if all parties agree. I don't really have a problem with transport, ONLY, being changed but I am being told by many not to because that papers state she is not to be alone and it doesnt matter if it can be changed we shouldn't change it because it gives her a chance to go back to the courts and use it against me to get her back.

I just dont want to mess up and ruin my little girls life with those thug drug addicts.

You agreeing to a change in the transportation arrangements really isn't going to open the door for mom to get custody back.

Mom would have to demonstrate a significant change in circumstances (in the child's life, not just mom's) in order to even bring a case forward, let alone to win one. She would also have to be clean for a lot longer than 8 months.
