yes i like to know even though my ex has sole custody how she can move to tennesse without my permission , i do have joint guardianship so need help to understand how see can do that

She does not need your permission. She just packs her bags, gets in the car and drives.. Now, if you have an issue with this, then you haul her ass into court to explain to a judge why she left the state without permission and what she intends to do about visitation and travel costs etc.
