What is the name of your state? NEW YORK

I have recently heard that many seperated couples are now setting up equal custody by providing equal residence, (3 days her, 4 day him, then 4 days her, 3 days him, and so on).
My ex and I have equal income, under these conditions, can it be set up so there is no child support paid in either direction?
Please inform, Thank You

IS there any order standing now?
If there is no court order, and you and your ex agree to everything mutually, then I see no reason why you two cannot set up an an agreement and have a Judge sign the document so it s legal.
I think youhave a great solid plan here, and I commend you on your actions.
Good Luck and God Bless!

DChristian, You are so right, I just hope we can both agree, but when there are feelings and emotions involved, it seems that agreement is the hardest thing to do in these seperations. I suppose there is another talk board for that! :p
