My daughter had a child without the benefit of marriage. The father was informed of the preg. and birth(1993). Father never saw child until 4 yrs old. Daughter gave custody to me via an attorney drafted custody agreement(1994, PA). Daughter and baby's father lived together for almost 2 yrs and it didn't work out mother returned home with child. Child is now 7 and resides with me in FL(father has never contributed to the childs benefit). We have asked father to sign new custody agreement so we can provide health/dental insurance. He refuses and plans to seek custody. Where do I stand as the grandmother and the one who has virtually raised this child from birth?
