Yes but I would have to have his permission to post it on the board. But basically the next court dates are out in Jan, there was a mediation schedled but he and his attorney did not receive notice and this is the mediator who has seemed to be friends with mom. Mom continues to violate the orders and alienate the children but the contempt hearings are next year/ He is having to pay for supervised visitation to see the children once every 3 weeks just to get to see them at all and will eventually get unsupervised visitation to which the children can refuse or mom can schedule sports activities, guess what will happen. The only one who has violated the court orders has been mom.
Oh they know exactly what is happening, it is just the way the courts work there, they don't like contempt filings or to enforce the orders, if a contempt is filed it takes forever. These children will nearly be adults before they get to see their father without their mother's constant influence, she wouldn't even bring them to the court ordered therapeutic visitations she petitioned the court for because she couldn't have it with the therapist she wanted who wasn't available anyway.
