I work for a company that provides residential treatment to adloscents year round. One of the residents damaged my vehicle while I was at work. Does the company have a legal obligation to pay for the damages?

Perhaps in your state (AL) there is such a provision under the real estate laws and or the employment laws. I can't think of any general law in the nation which would hold an employer liable.
