I got pregnant in Feb of 2001. I filed for child support while I was pregnant. I have not seen a dime I havent even seen him to tell you the truth. He has not onced showed up for court. They put a warrent out for his arrest because he never showed up. finally they cought him December of 2003 and deported him back to Mexico. now how does that help any. And how can I get my cs from him.

I doubt you have money to obtain a "real" lawyer so, just realize that this is your baby. Be happy. People would kill for their own baby. I bet she/he is adorable.
