Almost all new cars--unless its a custom order ot direct from factory, have been test driven. And still sold as new.

Right - which explains the mileage.

The OP's concern is that the "new car warranty" that he got was already two months in, thus reducing his protection.

Hey Swash - ever hear of lemons? I have had TWO cars that qualified to be taken back by the manufacturer due to THEIR issues. It DOES happen. One car went back - the second my X now has it and all I'll say is "good luck dude." And these were cars that were religiously taken care of.

The OP was sold a vehicle with an expressed amount of warranty period. The OP already didn't get the full amount. Revisit your paperword to see what the warranty period covers.

Of course I know what a lemon is but those issues typically present themselves early. I've never heard of a lemon that went from A-OK to needing multiple repairs in the last 2 months of a warranty. IF that happens then OP has recourse, but until that happens he has no damages.
