I am the Judgment Creditor in a small claims court case. A couple months ago, I conducted a Judgment Debtor's Exam with the JD.

She is now asking me for a copy of the form the court provided me with as well as a copy of the additional questions I asked her.

My question is am I required (by law or U/C procedure) to provide her with these documents?

My feeling is that she could have asked for a copy then and there - I had extra copies with me "in case". She is a pathological liar - right down to leaving a message on my machine at 4:16 and saying several times during the message that it was 5:05pm. Since I'm sure she's going to default, I'd rather not "tip my hand" as to the questions that I will be asking her if I have to do another JD Exam.

Thank you so much for responding! (And hoping ensani, jetx etc. will be kind enough to share their wisdom)
