What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kentucky

My ex-husband keeps calling to cancel his visitation with our 5 year old. The divorce decree has him seeing her 124 hours per month. He usually only gets her about 4-10 hours a month. This has been going on for quite a while. He and his wife just had a baby last month, and now he says he can't get her as much as he has been. He also wants to get his child support lowered to help with the new baby. His wife doesn't want my daughter around and she "just doesn't fit into his lifestyle anymore". Is there anything I can, or should do about this? Is he in comtempt of court, or should I just let it go. My daughter is physically handicapped and less money would make things even tighter. I'm not sure what to do and I can't really afford a lawyer right now. Also, for anyone that wonders, yes I have a full-time job. I would appreciate any advice anyone can give me.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

He is not REQUIRED to utilize his visitation time. But, don't roll over and let him reduce the CS amounts. Heck, if it ended up at court, his CS might actually increase due to his decreased time with the child!
