My divorce decree states that my ex-husband should pay child support and all uninsured dental and medical expenses. In Jan of 2004, we set up a co-gaurdianship between his paternal grandmother, his father and myself.(Only so that my son could attend another school. He needed his grandmother's address) He is now back living in my home but the co-guardianship is still in place. Does the co-guardianship superceed his father's court order in the decree to pay support and medical costs? If so, the guardianship says that the guardians will provide education, health care etc, all needs of the minor. So wouldn't his father still be responsible for some financial support to me for our son? Any help is appreciated. What should I do.
