What is the name of your state?California
After a meeting with my EX last night re: child suppot increase, I have a question. I agreed to "12% of monies earned in addition to base salary, such as bonus income." He is trying to tell me that he can deduct his retirement (voluntary) from the gross, therefore lowering the net on both his bonuses and his base pay. I don't believe that voluntary retirement is one of the allowable deductions. Does anyone know if this is true in my state?
