Defamation of Character

I was cruising the internet and I found an ad on Yahoo with my pictures and location. I did not place this ad. I look through this page and I find that A porn site is using this site, and my picture ( without my permission) to solicite business. What legal recourse do I have?

I'd immediately contact Yahoo and ask they take it down. You may have a claim for damages, but that could cost more to collect than it is worth.
