I am a single father in Pa. Since my Ex died almost a year ago,my daughters' Grandparents have been fighting me vigorously to try to gain custody of her. Now in on e of thier most recent attempts tp gain that custody, they have turned me into children and youth for sexual conduct displayed by my daughter. When i spoke to the counsler, she agreed with me that my daughter was perfectly fine and very well adjusted.I told the counsler of thier plight to get custody and she agreed that they are trying to set me up.
I am ashamed of how anyone can accuse something of someone so horrible and i truly have nightmares just for being accused of something so awful.I want to send these people a wake up call to tell them I'm not going to take it anymore! Can i sue them for defamation or mental anquish?

If you are able to document the claims made by others, and they are truly false, and you can prove that they are false, you might consider pursuing a 'tortious slander' civil case against them. If nothing else, you should be able to hire an attorney to right them a 'scare' letter for very little money.

Hope that this helps.... As they say, "It is very easy to poison water, and almost impossible to remove the poison when done!"
