I have a default judgement hearing tomorrow, I have been working with Bank of America trying to get a loan modification but because we have a cosigner on the mortgage we were told we have to get a quit claim deed. The problem is we notified them on many occasions that we have no contact with this person since he molested our daughter, he has sold his home and I do not know how to contact him. The question I have is they continue to send documents to my home knowing he does not live there, can they pass a judgement against me when all parties have not been properly served?
