Defective Mercedes Benz E class 2000

A Brand New Benz!, the axle folded. The car was damaged, I was not. Incident was reported to the Insurance company, but I do not believe the liability is theirs. All the Benz hype proved to be false, they could not locate the vehicle, they did not send roadside assistance. The airbags on the passenger side deployed, they were flat. They deployed before impact. The onboard mechanical trouble alert signaled than control of the vehicle was taken from me. I fishtailed across a four lane highway. I was stranded there for 3 hours. What do I do?

I am not interested in having, repairs done on this vehicle I want it replaced with no hassle, in addition I want something done about their Roadside Assistance Providers as well their patently false ATX system.

I need an answer asap.
Sorry about the caps, I was unaware. Unsure as to why my state did not show, I am in OH, the incident occurred here as well.

We'd like to assist you; however, you apparently didn't see that red writing up at the top of the page. Without your State name, or the name of the State where the problem happened, it would be difficult to assist you. Laws are different everywhere.

Also, please help us to help you. To help us, please take your Cap Lock off and re-type your post. On the Internet, capital letters mean you're yelling and screaming at us. Doing these few edits will help to increase your chances for a response to your post.
