Does anyone know the law concerning Defrred Salary Plans in the event of a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Specifically if an employee has pulled out their defrred income prior to Chapter 11 being declared, can a company come back and make a claim on that money? Also does it matter if the funds were deferred prior to 2005? Thank you.
