What is the name of your state? Ohio

What does it mean when someone is charged with CORRUPTING ANOTHER WITH DRUGS ? If it was a minor who was corrupted wouldnt it say corruption of a minor? My daughters ex boyfriend was arrested recently and has two counts of that and we were curious as to what it meant.Any help would be appreciated. Thank You
