My mother is in a nursing home in Florida. I reside in NC, but my sister resides in florida. I have had POA for my mother for years. How can I delegate authority to my sister to act on my, and my mother's behalf?

You cannot transfer the POA. Is this situation for Health Care decisions only or for all decisions over your mother including financial and placement?
