demonstrating my invention with a ppa

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA. I am about to demonstrate my invention to companies with the intention of licensing it to them. I have a PPA and so I need to talk about the prior art. How do i cite patented items during a demonstration and how do I cite prior art that I can't find a patent on? (I know about the IDS to cite patented items in my RPA.)

If you are just talking to a company or companies, then any format that they are happy with will work. There isn't any set way to go about this.
