Dillon, you would be far more creditable if you would learn to capitalize, spell and punctuate properly. You'd still be wrong, but you'd be more creditable.

I recently applied for a US Passport in the state of NY......

I am being discriminated because I refused to register my child into the system as the government property.
  • You have to have a valid birth certificate or U.S. hospital record of birth to get a social security number.
  • You have to have a social security number to get a U.S. passport .
  • Don't you think having a social security number and a passport registers your child in the "system"?

again, did i post something incorrect or untrue? Yes or No?

is that your personal and arbitrary opinion or is it base on facts ?

What facts?

unless you have a better answer? it my understanding, in a constitutional republic the people act thru their representatives or do it themselves, power delagated are not power lost, correct? yes or no?

What is an "Organic" state? Do you suffer from a mental illness?

so, you want me to do your homework?

Organic Definition:

1 archaic : instrumental
2 a : of, relating to, or arising in a bodily organ

Which could be bile or other bodily fluids and byproducts including waste. Which is what your posts are quickly devolving into.

b : affecting the structure of the organism
As does waste if it is not removed.

3 a (1) : of, relating to, or derived from living organisms <organic evolution> (2) : of, relating to, yielding, or involving the use of food produced with the use of feed or fertilizer of plant or animal origin without employment of chemically formulated fertilizers, growth stimulants, antibiotics, or pesticides <organic farming> <organic produce> b (1) : of, relating to, or containing carbon compounds (2) : relating to, being, or dealt with by a branch of chemistry concerned with the carbon compounds of living beings and most other carbon compounds
Fertilizer is made of .... see where this is going.

And a notary can not certify a birth certificate at this point in time. Why? Because said notary was NOT PRESENT when the birth certificate was prepared and signed.

My question to the OP is if she doesn't want the government knowing about her child why does she need a passport? This OP apparently doesn't like the law as she won't be filing taxes properly (need a SS for that) and won't be enrolling the child in school and won't be... should I continue?

yeah, i would just get all nativity documents certified by a notary with the seal of the state stamped on them. Now, you have an officially certified state birth/nativity certificate.

or

i woud notify them to do their job and follow the regulations, as the family and witness are in fact members of the Organic State and we certify the childs nativity, so whats the issue?

A notary cannot certify a birth certificate. Have you lost your mind?

They could have certified the fact that who was signing it signed it if they were present when it was signed. Certifying it just states that it is a true and accurate copy of the original and many times (at least in Ohio) the people doing so are notaries. MANY TIMES. Not all the time. So it is possible that a notary can certify a birth certificate. LOL. But not in this situation.

No. We notarize documents, not certify documents. As an attorney you have more rights than me, as a "regular" notary, but I can't certify anything. All I can do is say that a document was signed by someone who verified his identity before me. I have nothing to do with the document itself. I'm not a party to the document, just the signature.

I should have been more clear. Many people that CERTIFY documents happen to be notaries. LOL. Boy did I botch that. Sorry for the confusion caused by my answer which was clear as mud.
