I live in connecticut and I would like to know if I have evidence that my daughters father has a criminal record that consists of assault, reckless endangerment, drinking and driving. Also he admitted that he had guns in his home if I recorded that on tape as evidence also would that be enough for a jugde to deny visitation to the father. I haven't gone to court yet but he has threatened to take me. I would also like to know what are the chances iof me winning such a case? Where can I find simular cases that have won this type of case in connecticut?
