i am pro se, i am sending the defendant's attorney the following,
notice of depositon with certficate of service. Do I need to send a subpoena for each deponent?

confused and growing weaker, need help, need resources for procedures

You do not subpoena a PARTY for a deposition. The notice of deposition is sufficient.
