What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania
My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of Pennsylvania: May I have an opinion of who is at fault from this photo? I understand many considerations are considered when deciding at fault, but I would like an opinion based upon this photo. Thank you.

I had a green light to continue straight. A car to the right of me ran his red light and hit me. It was so scary. I have never been in an accident before. It happened so fast. I don't remember too much immediately after. Both airbags in my vehicle deployed. a lot of bruises and scrapes, but the airbags saved me. He is claimning he had a green light. I have to wait a week for the police report. I am hoping the cameras at the intersection were on,but the officer said he didn't think they were. If they were not operating, then it's my word against the other driver. I was hoping this picture could help.

Nope. You would need an uninvolved witness confirming that your light was green or his was red. It is a word vs word situation and both insurance companies will deny fault.

I appreciate the responses...thank you. The police report cannot come quick enough. Hopefully I will have an answer about the cameras by Monday. My car is classified as totaled. I was told there was major damage and the frame was bent. The other driver must have been going pretty fast through the intersection. I'm curious to learn what kind of damage happened to his car. I am really upset about my car, but so thankful I am in one piece. Never would I have imagined a car doing so much damage to an suv.

The police report won't help a bit (unless, of course, the officer actually witnessed the accident.) All the report will be is a summary of the stories given to the officer by the involved parties.

There is a slight possibility that the officer interviewed a witness at the scene who was able to confirm which light was green. It's not a strong possibility but it does occasionally happen.

Agreed. I was remiss in not mentioning that as another possibility.

Looks like the red pickup is at fault. But you cannot say anything from a photo, its non-testimonial.
