I really don't think she would use any kind of defense such as that she is crazy, or truly believes what she is saying... I think she really does have me mixed up with someone else, but... IF she made this accusation against me to possibly prevent myself, or my father from driving on her road, then that sounds malicious, and therefor my arrest should have never happened.

I just wish the damn States Attorney would let me know what's going on. How long do they have to summons me to court after charging me? No one is telling me anything at the court house. :(

Stop obsessing about the police and focus on the real villain in your story, your father. He knows there's something wrong with the woman, but he flips her off because it makes him feel like a tough guy. Then, like the coward he is, he had you drive his route claiming that maybe she wouldn't do anything because she didn't know you. I don't believe for a minute that he honestly thought that..

Hope everything turns out alright for you. My sympathy on having the kind of parent that you do

I think you're confused.

The morning I was arrested, my father was met by the sherriffs department and they asked him not to go down there that morning. My dad did flip off the womans camera but there was never anything said until the night before I was arrested. Our contractee and my father agreed that I would make this run this one time to see if the woman made a "false" complaint about my father when infact he wouldn't even be there.

The woman did call in and make a report, except she didn't know who I was. She told the deputy I was the same person that drives by every other day, when in fact I have only been by there once. All this woman knew was my dads lastname, and when the deputy talked with her about a complaint and told her my full name she thought I was the same person.

The deputy that contacted my dad the night before my arrest wanted to see if the woman would make a false claim against my dad by him not driving by so maybe they could put a stop to her constant calling and making complaints against people all the time. In the end, she called in, on who she thought was my dad but turned out to be me.

Everyone knows the woman is loony, but there isn't much I can do about anything until the criminal case is settled, or thrown out.

And an update, I have been informed by her neighbor that she has called the sheriffs department to her home 3 times since my arrest, early in the morning. Not sure yet why, but was just told they had been there between 3am and 6am on 3 separate occasions.

And, the deputy who arrested me is not the same one who contacted my dad, and they work opposite shifts.

In your original post, it was your father's idea for you to drive his route. There was no mention of a "contractee."

I stand by my comments.

I didn't find out much about the involvement about the people who we contracted with until after I posted here. There has been a LOT of information come about since I opened the original post.
