What is the name of your state? Florida.

I am considering filing Chapter 7. I am disabled and my sources of income are from Social Security, the Veterans Administration Disability and Army Retirement. I am told these are exempt in Florida. Will I still need to list my monthly expenses?

Absolutely, its a definite requirement. How else would they know what your financial situation is ? Even if you end up with some disposable income after expenses, ALL of your income is exempt, so you have nothing to worry about.
