I financed a computer from a computer company last November(1999). In January, I found out I did not finance through the computer company at all but instead had excepted a "loan" from a private loan company. I was never told I would be using this company, never received a contract, terms and conditions or any kind of information.I have since requested this loan company to send me this information on five different occasions but they never do. Do I have any legal options in this matter?
