What is the name of your state?Illinois

My question is I worked for an automotive buisness in 2003 and I left my job due to manager'd comments. I'm hispanic and one day I made a mess on the wall by accident. Well later on he started callind me messican referring me being a messy mexican in one word he also made 2 copies of a name tag for me that I still have one with the name messican. What can I do to sue the company and/or manager for discrimination

First of all, what you describe is not sufficient for a claim of discrimination.

Secondly, even if it were, if this happened in 2003, the window for you to make such a claim has LONG since closed.
