What is the name of your state?WISCONSIN, IF TWO GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES HAVE A DISABILITY, AND BOTH ARE FACING A REDUCTION IN FORCE. AND BOTH EMPLOYEES BELONG TO THE UNION, AND THE UNION HELPS PLACES ONE EMPLOYEE IN A JOB, AND NOT THE OTHER IS THIS DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION? AND IF SO WOULD YOU FILE AGAINST THE UNION FOR FAILING TO REPRESENTING YOU , OR FILE AN EEO COMPLAINT?

Please turn off the caps lock. It makes your post very hard to read and is considered shouting on the internet.

I am basing my answer SOLELY on the information in your post. It is possible that additional information might change the answer.

Rather than being disability discrimination, the fact that an employee with a disability was placed in a job makes it most likely that it was NOT discrimination.
