At the 2nd hiring interview the general manager kept me waiting for more than hour after i told someone there that i have an interview and he told that the general manager after more than one hour the guy i talked to passed and he asked me anything else i can help you with ?? i told him i am still waiting for the interview he told me just a minute please he left then the general manager came and he said " sorry for keeping you waiting for so long i forgot about you" i told him its ok thats fine and we went to a room where he asked me questions and his tone was harsh and then he told me we have 5 or 6 people we have to chose one or maybe two i told him i hope i will be chosen and said have a wonderful night. the next morning i got an email at 9 am saying" we are sorry we are not looking for the perfect match, we are looking for the best match" i went to check on my account on best buy it said my account is locked untill today its locked. two days ago the general manager's friend explained to me why i didn't get hired as he said the general manager took action in the Iraq war and he hates arabs and muslims as the general manager's friend told me. I know I was able to work and do the best in that job position better even than anyone there because i have +6 Years experience as a computer technician, and also i fixed a computer that they were not able to fix as the lady said to her "we can't fix this computer you have to buy a new computer" and she got a new computer. Her room mate is a frind of my wife she asked her if i can fix it, my wife told her that she can bring it to me. She brought it to me and i fixed it in less than 12 hours because it has the blue screen of death. When i went to the first interview the manager told me that they recently lost their geniun Geek Squad and i must be the best who will take this position and he told me you are the one we are looking for "Man you are great for this position" he said, and he told me that he would love to say congratulations now but it is not in his hands it was up to the general manager.
I deserve the position of geek squad at best buy, but according to how i was treated and told at the first interview and how i got discriminated at the seconde interview and what the friend of the general manager at best buy told me no doubt that my case is racial and religion discrimination. Please help me lawyers and attorneys, is my case legible for racial and religion discrimination ? if yes i would like to sue Best Buy.

Are you sure that your problem isn't more about you having a misguided sense of entitlement?

Other than the statement from the friend of the general manager, do you have any EVIDENCE that you were not hired because of your race or religion?

Do you have any EVIDENCE that the friend of the general manager is not talking out of his hat?

If they were going to discriminate against you because of your race and religion, why would they have brought you back for a second interview? Why not just drop you after the first? Or not interview you at all? (You WILL be asked that question if you pursue this, so you'd best have an answer.)
