I am a female organic farmer. My neighbors hate that I do not farm the same way they do. So they have turned me into FSA for not enough residue.
There are conventional farmers that do not have enough residue. I attributed it to the lack of moisture. There is no excuse for their residue because they have the option to spray I don't. I have had more spot checks than any conventional farmer in the county. I would like to know some options so I can start protecting myself. I live in MT.
