What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? louisiana: since when can a school principle use cursing in front of student and parent when the reason why they are at the meeting is because they're there trying to adress a problem with the vice principle who's just called student hoe, and then started targeting student when they admit student had problems with other students bullying her. they found out that i recorded the meeting. what to do when your rights have been violated and you have proff?

The first thing I'd do is Google state law about recording a conversation when the other person isn't aware you're doing it. You could have acted illegally.

"Hoe" is a word used by kids; it's HIGHLY unlikely a vice principal would use the word. In fact, I don't believe you, even though you claim to have evidence.

Do you know what the definition of bullying is? Probably not.

Bad news: Your post is nonsensical and if this is how you attempt to communicate with others it's no wonder you have these sorts of problems.

Good news: (for you at least). GA is a one party state so it is not illegal to secretly make an audio recording of a meeting you are participating in.

well we have that question answered but what does it have to do with the OP who stated Louisiana as their state?

I suppose your answer will be helpful if she ever finds need to record somebody in Georgia though.
