What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

I race a car at a local track. The track publishes rules for each division. The track operators agree with me that my car meets the requirements set forth in those rules.

Because my car has dominated the division this year, despite being "legal" I have been told that I may not race my car at their tack in the future. Other individuals are permitted to race the same car, built to the same specifications. In fact, if I were to sell my car to another competitor, my understanding is that the new car owner would be permitted to compete with my car in the same division.

Is the track required by law to treat all competitors (customers) equally, or are they permitted to discriminate, allowing only the individuals they choose to participate in their event?

Sorry but having a hot race car does not meet the criteria for a protected class. Sure it is discrimination, but it is the legal kind:cool:.

As a long time race car driver, I saw this happen a few times. As far as I know, race tracks are private enterprises and other than things protected by the ADA, they can do pretty much what they want. In fact in most cases, they can discriminate against those that may be protected by the ADA when it comes to who they allow to drive on the race track.
