HI!

If a custodial parent has been voluntarily unemployed (lazy) for 10 years, and lives under her mother's roof, can I as the Dad of the child ask the court to consider grandma's income to figure c.s.???? My boy's mother has only had an investment income that averages $600.00 a month for at least 7 years.
She doesn't support herself let alone provide for our son. It's grandma who does that!
