What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

If after filing for Chapter 11, and before too much work is done, my financial situation improves, can I file a motion to dismiss my own bankruptcy and how will that affect my credit report? Does it count as filed or as if it never happened?

Cheers

File a 'Voluntary Motion to Dismiss'.

and how will that affect my credit report?
Shouldn't cause much damage.

It will 'count' as a filed and dismissed.

What are the odds of my "Voluntary Motion to dismiss" being denied?

A judge should not care and the creditors should be happy, right?

Thanks
