Kind of a two parter. My daughter's father (nope did not marry the kind fellow 
) filed Ch 7 and it was dismissed. What would be the reason for this? My suspicion is he did not show up for the hearing and the judge threw it out. His house was foreclosed on as well and I have a feeling that all of this was done so that when the Child Support Hearing takes place he can use the "financial" hardship card. Any thoughts?
