So I was driving in bayside, queens, NY. I got in a left turn lane and there was one car in front of me. Light was green and no traffic from the opposite side and yet that car won't turn. So I just undertook him and made the left turn. First of all I was in the middle of the road so there wasn't any pavement marking. This undercover cop was standing at the light where I was turning left towards. As soon as I made the turn he made an illegal u turn and pulled me over and wrote me a ticket in hurry. Literally took 4 mins for him to finish up. So any chance I can win if I fight this?

Undercover cops do not write traffic tickets. I'm guessing you mean an unmarked car.
There is always a chance. If it was an unmarked car then chances are it was Highway Patrol. If that's the case your chances of winning are close to zero.
