i am married to u.s.citizen in march 1999 and she has filed the petition in dec.1999

but

i would like to know if my wife serves me papers for divorce will INS give me nonimmigrant visa for divorce contest

i would prefer to contest in real presencew not through the attourney in usa on behalf of me??

You have posted the same question on this board, the criminal board, the family board. Why? We know you have language barrier BUT NOW WE KNOW WHY YOUR WIFE DIVORCED YOU. Take the advice USdeeper gave you, Legal Beagle gave you and everyone else on every board. Get a grip with your life, ask your parents for advice and quit asking the same question over and over and over and over and over and over and over. You wife is going to divorce you, you will more than likely have problems with INS because you are trying to think of a way to get into this country and it isn't flying with this crowd ok.

hmmm ..u r too sure i wont get the visa to contest divorce...thanks for your clear response.


i am exploring the possibilites of how things can proceed and as i said its always better to be aware of every consequences than being to dumb.

This is my last post to you... call a US based immigration attorney or contact the US Embassy in India. They will tell you the same as I have. Also, you do not need to attend the divorce or contest it, in fact that will give them more reason to deny you as they will presume you intend to stay.

No more posting on this subject..
