What is the name of your state? GA
Divorce Decree signed by Judge after Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement approved by judge. Motion states I would not agree to sign. I never agreed to or signed however here we are. The decree reads as an annullment and I don't have a copy of the agreement that judge signed. I have the Decree, Motion to Enforce with the Order that is signed but no agreement. Decree states no joint property owned (own home together and vehicles) and ex-is not abiding by agreement that he signed and wanted approved.

I cannot afford to continue to pay attorney everytime my ex does wrong. Can I file with the court on my own, or do I have to use an attorney?
