Hello,
I got married in Canada (we are both Canadians). Then moved to the US with an EB1 which my husband got, so we both have a green card. Now I'm getting divorced. Am I going to loose my green card?
Thank you

How long have you had the green card?

How do i kbow if it's conditional, is it written on it?

Marriage-based green cards are (sometimes) conditional.

If you were married to a US citizen, your marriage based green card would be "conditional" until you have been married at least 2 years.

You married a LPR, and you were married more than 2 years before obtaining your green card, so no worries: divorce will not result in the loss of your green card status.

Of course, you can do other things to lose it...
