:confused: I am a Canadian Citizen, engaged to an American.
The father of my 6 year old already lives a 2 hour plane ride away.
The only access he has asked for is every 2nd Christmas and every August.
My question is what if anything can the father do to prevent me from moving to MN.
My thought is that if his access is not affected then it should not matter..
Am I right?
