I am going through a divorce and once I get hit with child & spousal support I will not ba able to pay the mortgage and second mortage. My wife is in the house right now and will not be able to pay the mortage(s) because she does not work. I do not know what to do about selling the house and if I should continue to pay or not the mortgages. Can someone please offer me some advice?

**A: continue paying the mortgages until the property is sold. You need to be talking to a Realtor and a divorce attorney.
