I was adopted at birth 40 years ago. I have been told that there is a 99% possiblity of a certain man being my biological father. (He is currenlty my uncle.) He may not agree to DNA/Paternitity testing. Do I have any legal rights to back me up and have a test ordered?
I feel that I have a right to know.
