hi i live in south carolina and i just went thruogh a dna testing and the mother and child was not there on the test day when they were suppose to be there, so they went ahead and did the test on me and about 3 or 4 days later they did the test on the mother and child is there any law that all three of us as to be there at the same time to have the test done i would be grateful to find an answer.

My response:

No, all of you don't have to be there at the same time. As long as the test is administered by a court-appointed laboratory, that's all that is required.

The "span of time" is of no consequence - - except for the mother's receipt of child support money. That's the only thing that will be delayed.
