What is the name of your state? CA

My ex and I were together for seven years. He promised and showed intent to marry. We had a child together. He never married me. Do I have rights to spousal support as a domestic partner?

No, but you can file to establish paternity (if it is not already legally established) and child support.

Even if you HAD formally married, a seven year marriage is short and would be unlikely to result in spousal support.
